This side of the site is for the work I do in public transit, and for the software I build to make that work easier.

What to expect

• Write-ups of tools I've built, with the problem each one solves.
• Notes on using AI for the unglamorous parts of running a transit system.
• Things that didn't work, and why.

What I'll leave out

Anything that isn't mine to share. That covers personnel matters, anything confidential, and anything that should come from the city itself.

Nothing here is an official statement from my employer. It's one manager's notes.
